Dinner is served from 5:00 p.m. to closing Wednesday thru Saturday.

This menu is a representation of what we offer.

The menu changes seasonally and prices are subject to change as the market dictates.

We use only choice center cut tenderloin, weighing ten ounces each. Please know, twenty minutes for rare and five additional minutes for every graduation of temperature.

Breaded Pork Cutlet
This is comfort food. Pork tenderloin butterflied and pounded, then dredged in our seasoned flour and fried to a golden brown and covered in sausage gravy. Oh my!

Two six ounce patties with cheese stacked high with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and our own sauce. Served with homemade potato chips.
